With over 25 years of legal experience, Adrian is prepared to represent your interests and protect your rights. Having successfully conducted numerous jury and bench trials, Adrian possesses the expertise to ensure your voice is heard before a judge or a jury. He is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Montana and all State Courts in Illinois. He is authorized to practice in the Federal District Court of Montana and the Northern U.S. District Court of Illinois. He began his career as an Assistant State's Attorney in Illinois prosecuting criminal cases to protect his community. After the prosecutor's office, he has been practicing law in the private sector handling a wide variety of legal issues from Family Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Business Law and other areas. Adrian also co-authored an article entitled "A Practitioner's Guide to Drafting Conservation Easements and the Tax Implications" that served as an instructional guide to the creation of a conservation easement in order to protect an individual's parcel of real estate, while also receiving the Federal Tax benefits of the conservation easement.
